Rarity is another one of our propositions as it’s very difficult to harvest owing to increasing variations in climatic change. To illustrate an example, we’ve had only one harvest of Plectranthus spp. ( Indian Borage ) in the last 4 years. This makes it a “limited edition” honey. Bees are often flown by helicopters to (otherwise) inaccessible areas and flown back with the harvest.
